Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind our service. If you're not completely satisfied with CourierX within 30 days of your purchase, we'll refund your money, no questions asked. This 30-day money-back guarantee applies to all subscription plans.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Request for refund within 30 days of your initial purchase
  • Have an active CourierX account
  • Have not violated our Terms of Service

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@courierx.dev
  2. Provide your account email and order information
  3. Explain why you'd like a refund
  4. Our team will process your request within 1-2 business days

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, the funds will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. In some cases, it may take longer depending on your bank or payment provider.

Recurring Charges

If you have a recurring subscription:

  • Your subscription will be cancelled upon refund approval
  • You will not be charged for future billing cycles
  • Your account will retain any data for 30 days after cancellation

Annual Subscriptions

If you purchased an annual subscription and request a refund within 30 days, you will receive a full refund of the annual subscription fee. After 30 days, refunds for annual subscriptions are not available; however, you may cancel at any time.

Enterprise Plans

For Enterprise customers, refund policies may be subject to the terms outlined in your specific service agreement. Please contact your account manager for questions regarding refunds.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Custom implementation services
  • Support packages purchased separately after the 30-day period
  • Training or consulting services
  • Refunds requested after 30 days from purchase
